We recently started ordering shirts for our business from Excel Sportswear. They did an entire redesign of our shirts that have been the same for many many years. We had a phone call with a designer where I explained to him what we were looking for. Once the designs came back we were very impressed with what they did and took into consideration all that was asked for, even did some tweaks to get it just right. Also recommended a specific shirt brand and told us we would love them. We did and are 100% satisfied with the work they do. We have gotten shirts for our business numerous times years ago, then got away from the custom graphics and went to a more simple design using less colors. We ended up using a few local printers that were referred to us with decent results but seemed to have some issues with print quality on the last run. So, when it came time to do a Crew shirt for a trip to Daytona, we went back to Excel. As our memory served us correctly, they "delivered" this was a last minute order with several updates to quantities prior to press time and they never faulted or complained. We got them on time and were very happy. It wasn't a complicated design and we supplied the artwork for the most part (that was to keep the proofing to a minimum since there were so many people involved on the back end) otherwise, i would have let Excel do everything. thanks for the great service and when the time comes, we will be reaching out!

Patty has worked at this company for over 10 years, during which her knowledge of the product and dedication to customer service have grown to unparalleled levels. Further, when I want “something” done “some kinda way,” she knows how to translate my indecision into a quality product. She and I call it “Sarah speak” and she is fluent in the language.
