Tell us about TTI Inc.’s mission for Employees: TTI’s headquarter’s office is still run out of Bill and Marianne’s home is Eden, WI with about 20 office employees. All 5 of Bill and Marianne’s children, all 9 of 13 working aged grandkids, an 1 great grandchild all work at/for TTI Inc. Whether it’s driving truck, dispatching or maintenance, everyone is involved. If you’ve called into dispatch, billing or have loaded a truck, it’s guaranteed you’ve talked to a Timblin family member. In addition, some of the very 1st workers that TTI hired are still valued members of the team today!
What is unique about your Company? It is truly a story of hard work, family values and humble beginnings. Bill, his sister and his twin brother’s dad passed away when Bill was 4 so he started on the family farm and developed his work ethic at an early age. Bill and Marianne worked full-time on the farm and between milking shifts, worked on building TTI. 21 years after Bill and Marianne’s wedding day, TTI was incorporated and the dedication to their dream started to unfold into a very promising future for a successful business. Bill and Marianne’s hard work and strong family values are evident in all aspects of TTI, Inc. and are the core reasons for their 60+ years in the trucking industry.
